John A. McLachlan

Professional Biography

Prior to joining Lex Pacifica Law Corporation in 2004, John practiced at one of Canada’s national firms at its Vancouver office where he developed a broad base of civil litigation experience.

John has appeared as counsel before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court, and various Administrative Tribunals including the Employment

Standards Tribunal, the Property Assessment Appeal Board, the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board.  

John has represented and advised clients in a variety of areas including labour and employment, family, real property assessment, construction litigation and commercial disputes.
