Heather A. Mathison

Professional Biography

Heather Mathison joined Lex Pacifica as an associate in 2010. Prior to joining Lex Pacifica, Heather worked for a summer term with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC) and she later articled with a large Vancouver law firm. Heather has experience in civil litigation including insurance defence, breach of contract disputes, strata property disputes, and professional discipline matters.

Heather has experience in civil litigation matters before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. She has assisted on matters before the Hospital Appeal Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and APEGBC's Investigation and Discipline Committees. Heather has also acted for clients in mediation.
